I began my career as an artist. I always look forward to From Our Hands as a chance to not have to limit my creativity by creating something to be a pattern, but to actually make something that is meant to be individual and unique.
While we were not able to gather together in person, we made an effort to offer this kind of unique work to you via technology. It came with its own issues, struggles, and work, but in the end I was glad we did it this once.
I thought I would just share some of the pieces that were available here in a blog post. These pieces will not be patterns, they are finished pieces I created. But I know they can have the ability to inspire, and so I hope that sharing them here can bring a little Christmas cheer.
